Qualifications:
l High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
l Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
l Physically able to walk or stand for long periods of time.

l Good physical condition.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
l Lift 50 pounds and carry 35 pounds.
l Work in a fast paced, stressful work environment
l Work days, nights, weekends and holidays
l Tolerate areas with secondary smoke.
l Tolerate high noise levels, bright light and dust.
Overall Responsibilities:
l Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presentation of all restaurant food.
Essential Functions:
l Prepping, preparing, cooking and maintaining of food for restaurant and grill to order.
l Preparing food consistent with established recipes.
l Cleaning kitchen area including grill and fryers during assigned shift.
l Stocking and cleaning freezer, refrigerator, and store room as needed.
l Ensure safe handling of food in compliance with health department regulations.
l Duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
l Providing a high level of guest service.
l Any reasonable request made by management.
l Meeting attendance requirements of the job, and adhering to policies and procedures.
l Keeping work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
l Performing all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.
l Maintaining proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards.
