SUMMARY:
Supervise dealers in assigned pit section. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, game protection and integrity in the Table Games department.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages gaming activities for assigned section of pit
- Rates players, maintains proper table banks and ensure integrity of games
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve dispute
- Implement all Casino procedures relating to Table Games operations
- Perform special assignments as assigned by Table Games Director or Shift Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform basic computer duties
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years experience working as a Table Games employee in a Casino with live house banked games with similar betting limits and at least one year’s experience as a dual rate supervisor/dealer or higher.
- Knowledge of roulette, blackjack and Pai Gow.
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Knowledge of effective money handling procedures
- Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations
- Skilled in resolving customer and Team Member relation issues
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
