Duties
- Greet and seat customers promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the Aloha POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Monitor tables for customer satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
Skills
- Strong upselling abilities to enhance guest experiences and boost sales.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Culinary knowledge or experience is preferred but not mandatory.
