Shift Leaders Responsibilities:
- Supervises employees and is responsible for running a shift
- Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
- Inspects dining areas for cleanliness and safety regulations.
- Enforces all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Verifies correct materials such as labels, and code dates are in place prior to start up.
- Responsible for inspecting finished product throughout the day to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Other duties may be assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Manager Food Handlers Certification
- Texas TABC – Louisiana Bar Card – Oklahoma Liquor License
