Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with our operational needs. This individual will be responsible for assisting in directing a team and executing the necessary tasks required to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned.
- Build sales and exceed customer expectations
- Develop great customer relationships and satisfactory resolve complaints.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Train new and current employees on great customer service and safety practices
- Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guest.
- Monitor weekly budget
- Participate in interviewing and hiring applicants.
- Participate in employee performance reviews and disciplinary process
- Schedule and Coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing programs, etc.
- Email and phone correspondence.
- Administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Multi-task and time management.
- Strong attention to details
- Able to motivate staff in all operational areas.
- Must have at least 2 Years of Full-Service Restaurant Experience – Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
- Great listening skills and able to take directions from individuals in higher level positions.
- Outgoing and great communication skills for working with a diverse staff, customers and vendors.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Manager Food Handler Certification
- Texas TABC – Louisiana Bar Card – Oklahoma Liquor License
