What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vault Teller position at CashMan?
CashMan Services is looking for highly motivated people for part-time (with potential for full-time) work in a fast-paced environment. Here at CashMan, we have three areas of expertise: Armored Transportation, Vaulting, and Cash/Coin/Hardware Installation & Maintenance. We are the only company in the area that specializes in all three.
Your role as a Vault Teller:
The primary responsibility of a Vault Teller is to produce accurate, high-quality work in accordance with established standards, guidelines, and procedures. This role requires a highly organized, detail-focused individual capable of thriving in a performance-driven environment. The teller takes ownership of crucial tasks that safeguard client assets and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of financial institutions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Counting and processing large amounts of cash with high attention to detail.
- Communicating any balancing discrepancies to the shift supervisor or manager.
- Adhering to all department and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented.
- Previous cash handling, or other related experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficient with Windows software and the ability to navigate multiple computer applications.
- Clean criminal background and drug screening.
- Physical demands of the job: standing for long periods of time and regularly lifting/moving 25 - 50lbs.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday.
- 2 PM - 10 PM (or until work is finished).
- Approximately 30 - 40 hours per week.
