Head of Growth & Partnerships – Cashera Instant
Cashera Instant is building a next-generation funding platform for independent contractors, gig workers, and small businesses. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Head of Growth & Partnerships to lead customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and growth marketing efforts across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands fintech growth, performance marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition funnels at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
- Oversee Google Ads, Meta campaigns, affiliate marketing, and lead generation efforts
- Manage external marketing agencies and vendors
- Build strategic partnerships with marketplaces, lead generators, gig platforms, brokers, affiliates, and fintech partners
- Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns through email, SMS, and CRM automation
- Improve funnel conversion rates from application to funded customer
- Analyze CAC, ROI, conversion rates, retention, and portfolio performance metrics
- Work closely with product, underwriting, and operations teams to improve customer experience and growth efficiency
- Launch and test new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities
- Help shape Cashera Instant’s long-term growth and distribution strategy
Requirements
- 5 years experience in fintech, lending, neobanking, lead generation, or high-growth consumer platforms
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth acquisition
- Experience managing Google Ads and external agencies
- Experience building partnerships and affiliate relationships
- Strong analytical and operational mindset
- Experience with CRM/email/SMS marketing platforms
- Entrepreneurial mentality and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
- Data-driven decision maker with strong commercial instincts
Preferred Experience
- Merchant cash advance, consumer lending, BNPL, payroll advance, or fintech experience
- Experience scaling customer acquisition profitably
- Familiarity with gig economy or independent contractor markets
- Experience with affiliate and marketplace distribution models
