**Position Overview - Fabricator**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using saws, grinders, shears,
- Perform welding, drilling, bending, and fitting of components to
- Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to
- Operate forklifts, hoists, or other material-handling equipment as
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and uphold all safety
- Troubleshoot fabrication issues and collaborate with supervisors or
- Document work performed and report production updates or equipment
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production
**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in fabrication, manufacturing, welding, or related
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficient in using fabrication tools, machinery, and measurement
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Certification in welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) or metal fabrication.
- Experience with CNC equipment or automated cutting/bending
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
