Don't have a CDL? We are willing to assist the right person with getting their Class A CDL! If a top candidate you may be asked to get your Learner's Permit before a final offer. As an employee with your CLP, our drivers will work with you on getting hands on training and practice. It is our goal to help you obtain your CDL.

Day Routes: Start and end your day in Norfolk, working 40-50 hours per week. Will regularly work Mon – Fri but may have an occasional Monday off. Route drivers start the morning at approximately 3:30am - 4am picking up the packed trailer and following the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs
Driver Requirements:
- 18 years old
- Ability to train and obtain CDL within 3 months
- Have a good driving record
Required Education:
- High school or equivalent
