What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yankton Route Driver position at Cash-Wa Distributing?
Start and end your shift daily in Yankton, South Dakota, with the possibility of covering other locations as needed to include Norfolk, Nebraska, or Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Once hired with a learner's permit, you will receive a wage increase and our drivers will work with you on getting hands on training and practice. It is our goal to help you obtain your CDL, and when you do you will receive another pay increase and be eligible for bonuses!!!
Work 4-5 days per week and start/end daily in Yankton, South Dakota!

Route Description
The route will start in Yankton at approximately 3:30am on Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays. Route drivers start the morning picking up the packed trailer and follow the delivery route given. At each stop, there will be some building of the loads to take in to the customer which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, working with the customer on where to place their products, getting required signatures, and developing relationships with these repeat customers. May occasionally assist with routes in Norfolk, Nebraska, or Sioux Falls, South Dakota as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs
Driver Requirements:
- 18 years old
- Ability to train and obtain CDL within 3 months
- Have a good driving record
Required Education:
- High school or equivalent
