What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- Reduce workplace incidents and improve safety metrics
- Conduct training, audits, and safety investigations (RCA)
- Manage claims, OS&D, and risk mitigation strategies
- Build strong relationships across teams, vendors, and leadership
- Oversee facility security and disaster preparedness planning
- Analyze safety data and implement corrective action plans
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of safety experience in distribution, transportation, or warehousing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards
- Ability to analyze data and drive measurable improvements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
- Certifications such as CSP, CIH, CSHM, or ARM
- OSHA-10 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
