Cash Processing Solutions (CPS) is a British headquartered company with assembly facilities in Irving, TX. CPS manufactures high speed cash processing machines for sorting and authentication of cash and supplies to central and commercial banks and cash processing companies around the world. CPS has installations of machines in over 100 countries and offices in 18 countries. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated Receiving Clerk to join our expanding team to be responsible for receiving, pulling, stocking, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, forklift operation and maintenance, and general warehouse organization.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in Receiving in a manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience with MRP and receiving
- General knowledge of personal computer systems and programs
- Forklift certification, highly preferred
- Good interpersonal skills, must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Knowledge of handling and packing practices for electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical materials, such as ESD (printed circuit boards, cables, ICs) and fragile materials
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Must be highly dependable and reliable
- Be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with overtime as required
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
