Responsibilities
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and mortgage servicing teams to facilitate seamless loan processing and funding.
- Prepare and process loan packages
- Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower financial information to determine loan eligibility and compliance with lending policies.
- Maintain clear internal communication channels to update stakeholders on loan status and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Familiarity with software such as windows and edge browsing or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform basic math accurately for credit analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective internal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, edge, and other applications involved with merchant cash advance applications-for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Ability to adhere strictly to compliance standards related to loan processing and documentation requirements.
