- Take daily orders from Superintendents via e-mail
- Call supplier to set up orders for next day
- Aggregate Tracker
- Schedule updates in B2W-Mondays
- Update equipment locations on B2W-Daily
- Send reports to General Superintendent team as needed
- Any Dispatcher related tasks/Duties as needed
- Follow up with subcontractors
- Scheduler
- 2 years of dispatch experience in the construction/building materials industry
- Proficiency with computer programs, including Office Suite
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- A desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
