Cash Cards Unlimited, Inc., a recognized leader in the Trading Card space, is offering a Management Trainee position designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. Our program is perfect for recent college graduates looking to gain experience.
On-the-job training lasts for approximately 12-18 months and includes rotations in fulfillment and inventory management, brick and mortar store sales, trading card shows, marketing, purchasing, and financial management.
Duties
- Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Review, improve and document processes for all areas and consolidate into a formal Process Manual.
- Review and update existing metrics to manage operations.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including customer service at the Point of Sale and product promotion
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials and social media content
Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to build, refine, and transmit documents seamlessly
- Preferred
- Knowledge of various Trading Cards Games such as Pokemon and Magic The Gathering preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of various sports trading cards such as Topps, Panini and Leaf preferred but not required.
- A business or otherwise related academic major.
- A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred but not required
- Experience in inventory management or retail math will be advantageous
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
