What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cards and Collectables Fullfillment Assistant position at Cash Cards Unlimited?
Overview:
Cash Cards Unlimited is a small business. We are a retail trading card supplier owned by a veteran NFL player. Our products include Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, miscellaneous other TCG games, and our Sports Cards Selection is rapidly increasing. We operate both brick and mortar stores and a website. In addition, we utilize various social media platforms to attract customers and sell our products through live streaming and breaks. We are just over 5 years old and we are growing significantly.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Primary assistant to the Lead Fulfillment Manager
- Picking and packing various orders from online sales, and live ripped orders
- Manually packing orders in a timely manner, while maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Maintaining knowledge of the value of Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, other TCG games, and sports cards to ensure appropriate items are packaged properly
- Continually striving to build knowledge surrounding the TCG community through training and education of self and other team members.
- Transporting inventory between stores as needed.
- Updating and maintaining inventory counts as needed
- Promoting a high level of morale within the shop, utilizing friendly but professional methods of honest and open communication
- Performing related duties and assignments as directed by supervisors
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Previous Fullfillment Experience
- Knowledge of TCG games and Sports Cards
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work space
- Ability to work flexible hours preferred
- Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured work environment
- Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box,” when presented with potential barriers
- Consistency and dedication
- Work well with others
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage stress and criticism
- Driver's license with a good driving record
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
