Casey's is seeking strategic thinkers and team-builders! The Casey's Region Director leads a talented team of District Managers to drive initiatives and grow sales within stores. Region Directors are responsible for leading the performance execution of all store activities within their assigned area of operation while acting within the scope of company objectives and policies. This role oversees District Managers and directs the daily activities of a front-line, multi-unit team to execute, monitor, and validate progress in accordance with unit goals. The Region Director is accountable for the profit and loss of the assigned region and acts as the liaison between the Store Support Center and their regional stores. This position is eligible for incentive-based bonuses, providing great rewards for outstanding work!

- Build business acumen and drive performance metrics at assigned locations.
- Act as liaison between the Store Support Center and regional stores to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Develop Team Members with coaching, support, and encouragement in their career pathway.
- Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area.
