The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing programming within our stores and Store Support Center. This role is responsible for planning and execution of marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to print, digital and packaging assets. The Marketing Specialist will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop messaging and execution recommendations, supported by guest insights, and aligned to brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with leadership, develop the monthly content and messaging plan for in-store marketing assets.
- Collaborate with internal graphic design team to coordinate and provide project details. Lead coordination, design feedback, production, distribution and trafficking of marketing assets and materials (print, digital messaging, etc.).
- Develop communication for successful field/Operations execution.
- Recommend, test, and implement process improvements and solutions for POP merchandising, operations marketing support and related field communication/training.
- Provide project management support for enterprise marketing and/or graphic design requests, including managing deadlines, design feedback and stakeholder approvals.
- Evaluate and present post campaign learnings to leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Track store advertising budget by processing payments/invoices each month. Escalates discrepancies or matters of concern to leadership.

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar areas of emphasis; or equivalent years of experience directly related to marketing or communications is required. Prior internship experience is preferred.
- Proficient in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving, project management and multi-tasking skills, with a strong attention to detail with the ability to remain organized.
- Able to manage large amounts of complex data within Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate integrity, high energy, initiative, and self-confidence.
Salary : $46,200 - $58,400
