Full Time Portfolio CAM for Growing Property Management Company.
Starter Portfolio provided and potential for portfolio growth. Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, maintenance, and security functions of a portfolio. Must be able to work without supervision.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide Management reports to the Board of Directors
* Perform violation inspections
* Solicit Bids for maintenance, construction, and community projects
* Track Architectural Changes
* Monitor Compliance with Rules and Regulations
* Prepare postings of Agenda for meetings
* Play active role in day to day activities of the Association
* Assist with budgeting
* Take care of Common Areas
* Support Association Meetings and data requests
Requirements:
* Active CAM license in state of Florida
* Minimum 3 years CAM related experience
* Advanced command of computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Outstanding Customer Service
* Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes and Community Association Guidelines
The salary starts at $65,000 depending on experience.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
