The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Casey & Company team, coordinating office activities and streamlining operations. This role assists with general administrative tasks, customer communications, scheduling, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.

• Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events.

• Maintain office records, filing systems, and inventory of office supplies.

• Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

• Coordinate and support team communications and workflow.

• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and professional.

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.



Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to a schedule.

• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices is a plus.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
