The Instructional Designer is an entry- to early-mid level role focused on developing clear, engaging learning content that supports the education of customers and internal users. Working under the guidance of senior team members, this role contributes to the creation of eLearning modules, video tutorials, written documentation, and job aids using established templates and standards. The Instructional Designer is expected to develop product knowledge, apply best practices in instructional design, and demonstrate attention to detail in all deliverables.

The Instructional Designer is expected to develop product knowledge, apply best practices in instructional design, and demonstrate attention to detail in all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of eLearning modules, user guides, job aids, and video tutorials based on direction from senior team members and subject matter experts.
- Apply templates and standards to ensure consistency, accessibility, and branding in all training materials.
- Support the maintenance and organization of content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Learning Consultants to understand learning objectives and audience needs.
- Edit and update existing content to reflect product changes or process updates.
- Review and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and usability.
- Participate in peer reviews and accept feedback to improve instructional quality and product understanding.
- Develop a working knowledge of CaseWorthy and its related applications.
- Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE)
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow templates and standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of instructional design.
- Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Audiate
- Comfortable experimenting with and using AI-based tools for content development.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technical product environment.
- Exposure to LMS platforms such as Docebo
- Previous experience creating training content in academic or professional settings.
- 1 years of remote working experience
