What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Production Manager position at CASETiFY?

- The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.
- Organize and supervise the site operations to achieve company’s business objectives
- Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing and warehousing. Ensure operational efficiency
- Solve or report any practical and order problems in production
- Monitor performance of the outsourced service provider
- Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary
- Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching
- As a first point of contact for logistics issue
- Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline
- 5 years of working experience in production management/operations management
- Team working
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner
