Description:
Casestry, LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Worker: Shop Assistant to join our team on a temporary, three-month basis. This role plays a key part in supporting our UV printing production process and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Support smooth and efficient production flow
- Stock production materials as needed
- Work across various manufacturing stations
- Count and track inventory accurately
- Perform quality control checks (color, defects, etc.)
- Package completed products
- Prioritize quality over speed
- Follow instructions and company processes accurately
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and manager
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Open availability and strong punctuality
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills (inventory counting, measurements)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
