Job Title: Case ManagerJob Summary:                                                    CASES is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for its new workforce development program - Community Resources for Employment and Development (CRED) - who is participant centered and desires to work in partnership with participants to accomplish their life and career goals. The ideal candidate has experience working with individuals who have systems involvement and has the fundamental belief that change is possible. The Case Manager must be sensitive to the needs, feelings, and cultural backgrounds of the participants, and be responsive in a non-judgmental manner.Shift Hours: This position is full-time Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Salary: The salary for this role is $60,000 per year.   Location Address: 4 West 125th Street, New York, NY 10027. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation.
