Our cloud-based solutions are transforming the way customers operate and we're looking for a Technical Consultant over Cloud Implementations to help make that transformation seamless.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data conversion, cloud migration, and customer success. You'll work directly with clients to migrate legacy systems into a modern cloud environment, ensuring their transition is smooth, secure, and optimized for performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead customers through cloud implementations and data conversions, ensuring successful migrations from on-premise to AWS or Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, connectivity, and performance issues to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, platform, and support teams to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
- Conduct customer training and create documentation that helps users feel confident and self-sufficient in their new systems.
- Partner with product leaders and platform engineers to strengthen security, compliance, and deployment practices.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource during and after implementation, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in cloud implementations, data migration, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, networking, and system administration in the cloud.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure migrations.
- Knowledge of DevOps, infrastructure, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
