Sales Staffing Manager

CASEEM USA is immediately hiring a Sales Branch Manager for the El Paso, TX area. This is a direct hire position within a leading Staffing Agency. Staffing and Sales experience is required. Apply Now!

Duties for this position include:

· Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and identify potential clients within the designated territory.

· Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.

· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

· Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and other relevant channels.

· Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored solutions.

· Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

· Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to secure new business deals.

· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward targets.

· Territory Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and client accounts within the assigned territory.

· Recruiting: Partner with community groups, set up job fairs, network, and meet people.

· Must always have a valid driver’s license and valid proof of insurance.

· Learn, Understand, and Utilize CASEEM’s ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

· Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.

· Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.

· Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with job openings.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.

· Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates.

· Foster strong relationships with candidates by providing a positive can.

· Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.

· Communicate job offers, address candidate questions, and concerns

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to enhance recruiting strategies.

· Provide feedback and insights to hiring managers to improve recruitment process and candidate quality.

· Assist with onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for placed candidates.

Compensation (USD):
Salary based on Experience plus Commission.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Some Saturdays.

On call after hours.

We are currently seeking candidates from the following areas:

· El Paso, TX.

· San Antonio, TX.

· Las Cruces, NM.

All candidates must have an expert level of the following skillset:

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Ability to make presentations to large groups of applicants.

· Familiarity with social media and other networking platforms.

· Interpersonal skills.

· Positive attitude.

· Time management.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

· Must have 2 to 5 years of Sales and Recruiting experience.

· Able to travel or relocate.

· Work at least 40 hours a week - The schedule will vary.

· Bilingual English and Spanish is required.

· Strong Communication Skills.

· Schedule Flexibility

· Networking Skills.

· Market Knowledge is a plus.
