What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Recruiter position at CASE Technologies?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring efforts across an assigned business group. This role will take ownership of job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and guiding each search through offer acceptance and pre-employment steps. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, who will manage communication with hiring managers and oversee overall search strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with HR to ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with internal standards.
- Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on defined criteria.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support pre-employment activities, including background checks and required documentation.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless new-hire transition.
- Provide timely updates to TA leadership and support reporting needs as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Working knowledge of Taleo and PeopleSoft preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
