About the Role
As a Kitchen Production Crew Member, you'll play an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly from start to finish.
This is a position combining food production and local deliveries. You'll spend part of your week helping prepare and package our scratch-made products in the kitchen and part of your week delivering those products to cafés and partners throughout the Pittsburgh area.
No two days are exactly alike, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Please note: During the first 4–6 months, deliveries will be completed using your personal vehicle. Upon successful completion of this initial period, you'll transition to using a company vehicle.
What You'll Do
Kitchen Production
- Assist with preparing, assembling, and packaging a variety of scratch-made sandwiches, wraps, breakfast items, meal prep, pastries, and café products
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards
- Package products safely and accurately for customer delivery
- Support inventory organization, stocking, and general kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Assist with catering and special production projects as needed
Delivery Operations
- Safely load, transport, and deliver products to cafés and business partners throughout the Pittsburgh region
- Ensure deliveries arrive accurately, professionally, and on schedule
- Maintain communication with the production team regarding delivery status
- Help unload and organize products at delivery locations
- Represent Case Specific Meal Prep with professionalism and excellent customer service

Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, food service, café experience, or meal prep is preferred but not required
- Delivery driving experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Personal vehicle, valid insurance, and willingness to use it during the initial training period
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
