Qualifications
- Experience in Case Management, Community Based Rehabilitation, and Family Support Services
- Skills in Counseling, Psychotherapy, and direct client interaction
- Ability to assess client needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and monitor progress
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of available community resources and ability to coordinate services
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required
- Master's degree and/or professional licensure in a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
