Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shipping and warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and order dispatch.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain regular communication with shipping company account managers and negotiate shipping rates.
- Audit shipping carrier invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Develop and enforce warehouse procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse and shipping staff.
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of products.
- Collaborate with customer service, sales, and management teams to support business needs.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
