What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk Feed Mill position at Case Farms?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Keeps track and report employee time sheets.
- Completes paperwork for the Feed Mill, employees, and drivers.
- Completes and maintains reporting.
- Assists in data entry and record keeping.
- Assists in event planning, as needed.
- Serves as back up and performs dispatcher duties, as needed.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee data
- Assists with various special projects as assigned
- Escalates problematic issues to Feed Mill Management
- Processes mail, routes phone calls to appropriate party, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attendance record/4 points or less
- 1 years of experience in this field or equivalent office work history.
- Be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Excellent computer skills including electronic mail, data entry
- Good organizational skills and follow through
- Communicate effectively with other hourly employees and plant management.
- Ability to work under stressful situations, deadlines, and sometimes conflicting timelines.
PRHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
