OVERVIEW ::
This clerical position supports the Feed Mill Management with various clerical duties.

This clerical position supports the Feed Mill Management with various clerical duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
- Tracking and reporting of employee timesheets.
- Completes paperwork for the Feed Mill, employees, and drivers.
- Completes and maintains reporting for feed mill.
- Assists in data entry and record keeping.
- Assists in event planning, as needed.
- Serves as backup and performs dispatcher duties, as needed.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee data.
- Assists with various special projects as assigned.
- Escalates problematic issues to Feed Mill Management.
- Processes mail, routes phone calls to the appropriate party, etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attendance record/4 points or less 1 years of experience in this field or equivalent office work history.
- Be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Excellent computer skills including electronic mail, data entry, good organizational skills and follow through.
- Communicate effectively with other hourly employees and plant management.
- Ability to work under stressful situations, deadlines, and sometimes conflicting timelines.

- Wear assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
