What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Manager position at Case Farms, LLC?
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for the recruiting functions for hourly and salaried positions throughout the company. Serves in an advisory role to all employment supervisors and HR Managers in hiring and employment issues. Monitors the performance and adherence to Case Farms Recruiting programs by all parties involved in the process. Tracking and documenting said performance using iCIMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :
- Leads and deploys the recruiting agenda for the business, including strategic programs, actions, and initiatives that enable the delivery of the recruitment strategies across all manufacturing facilities.
- Monitors and tracks the Applicant Tracking System for compliance and timely disposition of applicants ensuring the data in the ATS is properly prepared for the yearly AAP reports.
- Compiles and manages the AAP information to submit to the vendor who puts our plan together, so knowledge of the AAP process is important.
- As a strategic business partner, provides coaching to senior leaders to facilitate the achievement of established business objectives.
- Actively recruits, develop, and retains workforces for all complexes through the employment supervisors.
- Manages the relationships with third-party recruiters.
- Manages the Relocation function for all newly hired managers.
- Aligns with operational leaders to identify new opportunities for improved workforce performance.
- Partners with operations and HR leadership to direct and implement recruiting programs designed to deliver effective solutions aligned to business strategies.
- Drives consistency of Recruiting initiatives and programs across operations.
- Manages and develops dotted-line reports through robust performance discussions and coaching while ensuring appropriate oversight at all site locations.
- Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching recruiting issues; contributes information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishes recruiting objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Drive communication to remain informed on all company initiatives and provide input for their successful implementation to maintain and or improve a positive employee relations environment at the plants.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of an associate degree from a regionally accredited college or university and 2 years of progressive recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and corporate employment regulations and policies (EEO, Wage and Hour, etc.).
- Must have knowledge of ATS systems. Experience with iCIMS is strongly preferred.
- Experience motivating, training, and coaching employees to encourage optimum performance and engagement.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expert computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ulti-Pro and Kronos experience, desirable.
- Food industry experience is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
