Reports to: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Goal: To serve all ABA Tutor responsibilities for the CASE Collaborative. To work collaboratively with parents/guardians and colleagues to meet the academic, social/emotional, and behavioral needs of students with disabilities.

Performance Responsibilities:
Implement direct and indirect teaching programs, reinforcement systems, and behavior guidelines.
Collect daily data on direct and indirect teaching programs and target behaviors for reduction/replacement.
Graph teaching programs and target behaviors for reduction/replacement.
Attend weekly overlap and staff meetings prepared.
Fulfill case manager (cm) duties for approximately 2 students.
Maintain program books for cm students.
Complete monthly program updates for students.
Complete IEP progress notes.
Assist in development of IEP goals and objectives/outline for cm students.
Attend IEP meetings and/or clinics (when possible) for cm students.
Participate in classroom team for cm students.
Maintain computer and hardcopy files of current IEP, current program summaries, progress notes.
Provide BCBA with feedback regarding effectiveness of strategies and techniques utilized.
Access resources and contribute to the ABA Program.
Identify any additional observation times required for BCBA to supervise direct instruction with cm student.
Given training by a Registered Nurse and/or training videos, the ABA tutor will use an EpiPen and/or Vagal Nerve Stimulator with the student for whom they were prescribed.
Attend Collaborative-wide and specific program staff meetings, as scheduled by the Program Administrator and/or Executive Director.
Participate in professional development opportunities to increase knowledge base and skills.
Maintain the high level of confidentiality and professionalism expected of all faculty.
Perform other related tasks or duties at the discretion of the Program Administrator and/or Executive Director.
