Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabricator located in Concord, NC. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, assembling and fabricating signage, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. The role involves operating various tools and equipment, conducting routine maintenance on machinery, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and materials, or experience in metal fabrication.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality assurance and accuracy.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Basic computer skills for reviewing designs and maintaining production documentation.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or certification preferred).
- Previous experience in fabrication, construction, or a related field is advantageous.
