What You'll Do
As an Insulation Technician, you will work in residential homes helping improve comfort and energy efficiency.
Typical tasks include:
- Air sealing and weatherization
- Installing netting and dense-pack cellulose insulation
- Installing air barriers
- Operating insulation blowing equipment
- Driving and maintaining company box trucks
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Communicating with site supervisors
- Working safely with your team
Important:
Casco Bay Insulation specializes in cellulose insulation only.
We do not install fiberglass or spray foam insulation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Installing experience a plus but not required.
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with construction tools and jobsite safety
- Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Comfortable using ladders and scaffolding (typically under 10 ft)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Due to the nature of our work, smoking is not permitted on job sites.
