Location: 252 Old Lisbon Road, Lewiston

Casco Bay Food & Beverage is hiring a full-time Route Driver / Merchandiser to service vending machines and micro-markets at workplaces, schools, and healthcare facilities across Maine. This is a hands-on, physical route service job involving delivery, stocking, merchandising, and customer service—not delivery-only. Schedule is primarily Monday–Friday with early morning starts, occasional weekends, steady hours, and long-term employment with an employee-owned company.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on a set local route
• Load, unload, stock, and rotate products
• Service vending machines and micro-markets
• Lift and move product throughout the day
• Keep accounts clean, organized, and stocked
• Work independently and meet route expectations

• Like active, on-your-feet work
• Prefer independence over micromanagement

• Want a driving-only or seated job
• Need a flexible or unpredictable schedule
