Route Driver / Merchandiser : Casco Bay Food & Beverage is hiring a full-time Route Driver / Merchandiser to service vending machines and micro-markets at workplaces, schools, and healthcare facilities across Maine. This is a hands-on, physical route service job involving delivery, stocking, merchandising, and customer service—not delivery-only. Schedule is primarily Monday–Friday with early morning starts, occasional weekends, steady hours, and long-term employment with an employee-owned company.
What You’ll Do
- Drive a company vehicle on a set local route
- Load, unload, stock, and rotate products
- Service vending machines and micro-markets
- Lift and move product throughout the day
- Keep accounts clean, organized, and stocked
- Work independently and meet route expectations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- Able to lift and move product regularly
- Reliable, safety-focused, customer-minded
