Occupational Therapist (OT) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Supportive In-House Therapy Team (skilled nursing)
Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling
OT pay range: $52-$60/hour
COTA pay range: $38-$45/hour

We’re hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative, therapist-driven team where your work directly impacts recovery outcomes every day. What You’ll Do
- Deliver therapy services following individualized treatment plans
- Support residents in performing daily living and rehabilitative activities
- Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
- Foster a supportive and collaborative therapy environment
What You’ll Bring
- Active Oregon OT or COTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs)
- Graduate of an accredited OT or OTA program
- Valid CPR certification
- SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required
- Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach
