We partner with dialysis centers, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes to ensure clients receive timely transportation to and from essential medical appointments.
We are growing quickly and are seeking a motivated, professional Sales Associate to help expand our partnerships and secure new facility contracts.
Position Overview
The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with medical facilities and securing transportation contracts. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to facilities to meet with administrators, directors, and upper management.
You will be responsible for calling qualified leads we provide, conducting outreach, presenting our services, and guiding potential partners through the contract process. This position requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and strong follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales & Lead Management
- Call, email, and follow up with leads provided by Cascadia (dialysis centers, nursing homes, rehab facilities, hospitals, adult day centers, etc.).
- Present Cascadia’s transportation services clearly and confidently.
- Build rapport with facility decision-makers, including administrators, DONs, social workers, and case managers.
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and contract progress in our CRM or tracking system.
On-Site Facility Visits
- Travel to facilities when needed to meet with upper management, provide service overviews, and finalize contracts.
- Represent Cascadia professionally and maintain a polished, trustworthy presence.
- Deliver or collect documentation when required.
Contract Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Explain contract terms, pricing models, and transportation scheduling options.
- Provide all required information to facility staff regarding service capabilities, coverage areas, insurance details, and operational processes.
- Work alongside the Canton Regional Manager to coordinate onboarding for new facility partners.
- Maintain ongoing relationships to encourage long-term partnerships and renewals.
Communications & Administrative Duties
- Draft and send emails, proposals, and follow-up messages.
- Keep detailed notes on conversations, pain points, and potential service needs of each facility.
- Prepare basic reports on outreach, scheduled meetings, and contract status.
- Assist with maintaining an organized pipeline of prospective partners.
Additional Duties as Needed
- Participate in virtual team meetings.
- Support marketing initiatives targeting new facility types.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities beyond the initial lead list.
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding sales trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or healthcare outreach preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with directors and management.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote work schedule efficiently.
- Comfortable traveling locally within Ohio when needed (mileage reimbursed).
- Professional email etiquette and basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
- Reliable phone and internet connection.
