Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Director located in Bainbridge Island, WA. The Executive Director will oversee the daily operations of the community, ensure high-quality care and services, and provide strong leadership for staff. Responsibilities include staff management, developing and implementing operational policies, maintaining compliance with state and local regulations, creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff, and managing financial performance and budgets to promote the long-term success of the community.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a positive work culture
• Strong operational and financial management skills, including budget oversight, cost control, and revenue management
• Thorough understanding of state and local regulations related to senior care facilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders
• Problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making skills essential for improving community operations
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or related industries strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with memory care and assisted living programs is a plus
