Are you looking for an active, rewarding job where you can work independently while being part of a supportive team? Cascadia North Logistics is hiring full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers to deliver smiles and packages to homes and businesses across the Pacific Northwest.

No CDL or prior delivery experience required! We set you up for success from day one with fully paid training, top-of-the-line company vans, delivery technology, uniforms, and a leadership team that has your back.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Drive & Deliver: Safely drive a company-provided delivery van while delivering 200 packages daily on customer routes.
• Stay Active: Load, unload, and transport packages (up to 50 lbs) in and out of the vehicle throughout your shift.
• Master Tech: Use handheld delivery devices to route navigation, manage deliveries, and track progress.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service with a safety-first mindset every day.

Work Location: Each day starts and ends at our main facility in Burlington, WA (12163 Bay Ridge Dr). Most of your shift is spent independently on the road across local routes.

Requirements (Qualifications)

To be eligible for a Delivery Driver role at Cascadia North Logistics, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
• License: Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs, as well as get in and out of a delivery van frequently throughout a shift.
• Key Skills: Strong communication skills, self-motivation, problem-solving, and a team-first attitude.
