Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site PRN Physical Therapist role based in Nampa, ID. We also have opportunies in Boise, Caldwell, Payette, and Weiser. The PRN Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs aimed at restoring or improving physical function, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, monitoring and documenting patient progress, and providing education to patients and families on home care practices to support rehabilitation outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Knowledge or experience in Medicine and Home Care practices relevant to patient recovery
- Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused and patient-centered environment
- Experience working in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is a plus
