One day you may be evaluating a Ferrari Speciale, sourcing a low-mileage Porsche, acquiring a vintage Bronco, or helping place a collector-grade muscle car on consignment. No two days look the same at Cascadia Collection.
We're a small, passionate team looking for an experienced Used Car Manager who wants more than just another dealership job. This is an opportunity to help build something from the ground up alongside a group of automotive enthusiasts who believe the car-buying experience should be different.
What You'll Do- Source and acquire high-quality enthusiast, luxury, exotic, collector, and specialty vehicles
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, wholesalers, auctions, brokers, collectors, and private sellers
- Appraise and evaluate incoming inventory
- Manage inventory strategy, pricing, and market positioning
- Identify market opportunities and help shape the direction of our inventory
- Work directly with ownership on acquisition and inventory decisions
- Assist with consignment opportunities and vehicle sourcing for clients
- Support sales operations and help create an exceptional customer experience
- Wear multiple hats and contribute wherever needed in a growing organization
- Stay ahead of market trends within the enthusiast and exotic vehicle space
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager, Buyer, Inventory Manager, or similar role
- Strong appraisal and acquisition skills
- Deep understanding of vehicle valuation and current market trends
- Existing dealer, wholesale, auction, and industry relationships preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take ownership
- Passion for cars and automotive culture
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
