- Salary Range for Reliability Lead from starting at $76k plus yearly
- Responsible for ensuring the mechanical and electrical integrity of the ownedequipment and driving 'planned work' to avoid component breakdowns
- Develop and implement standardized processes and tools for effective handling of defects, ensuring proper execution.
- Oversee and follow up with operators to ensure proper handling of defects, and support in problem-solving to prevent breakdowns.
- Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE), presenting breakdown status regularly at team meetings.
- Monitor repair paths, determine planned maintenance needs, and prioritize/schedule maintenance activities while maintaining constant communication with the maintenance department for area priorities.

- Experienced leader with a focus on team coaching and a strong ability to navigate complex situations.
- Proficient in maintenance processes, showcasing analytical skills, organizational abilities, and an inclination towards Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including defect identification/fixing, completion rates of work orders, downtime events frequency/duration, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), employee engagement through Pulse check surveys, and other KPIs aligned with Lean Production System (LPS) principles.
- Mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment required
