- Base Salary Range: $90k - $125k Profit Sharing
- Starting pay: based on skills & experience
At our Cascades facilities in Pryor, Oklahoma you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group of our team as the Reliability Engineer:
- Ensure that work is performed in a safe manner and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop a world-class Asset Management Plan (AMP) to reduce costs associated with asset downtime, optimizing asset utilization and extending asset lifespan.
- Perform and document risk assessments that support preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to ensure reliability and durability of programs and projects.
- Maintain technical documentation related to system reliability and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Train and support maintenance personnel on reliability-centered maintenance tools and techniques.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement policies and procedures for inspection, maintenance and repair methods.
- Set performance and quality standards for assets to measure effectiveness of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Support CI Pillar and Reliability Management Pillar
Relevant Experience & Strengths
- Technical understanding of reliability engineering principles and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to interpret, evaluate and analyze facts and information to support problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills that support a collaborative environment where reliability data is shared and evaluated to develop achievable action plans.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience and/or basic understanding of Lean Production System principles
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or other related degree. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) a plus.
- 3 years’ experience as a maintenance, reliability and or engineering technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
