- Salary range: $21.17 / hour (with $1 / hour night shift premium)
- Schedule : Must work night shifts (7pm - 7:15am), with the first two weeks of training on day shift (48/36 hour rotating shifts)

- Visually checking products for defects, damage, contamination, or inconsistencies before packaging.
- Working at a consistent speed to meet production KPI’s.
- Identifying and reporting product defects, packaging issues, or equipment malfunctions.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing / production experience is required.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic reading and math skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently with hands and have stamina and coordination to perform duties for 12-hour shifts.
- Good communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Fine motor skills for handling products and packaging materials with precision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation necessary and attendance is crucial.
