- Salary range for General Labor : starting at $23.66 / hour with increase following the completion of training
- Schedule : must be available to work 12 hour NIGHT shifts with overtime as needed

- Lead and enforce safety processes and procedures
- Lead and enforce SQF [Safe Quality Food] processes and procedures
- Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned
- Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products
- Extruder
- Pelletizer
- Feed system [hoppers, augers]
- Winders/pullers
- Inspect the extruded product for quality and consistency
- Utilize clamp truck to stock Thermoforming department & stage warehouse
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, machinery and operations is preferred
- SAP and MES experience is strongly preferred
- Capable of making quality determinations independently
- Strong skillset in troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials [up to 50lbs]
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work 12-hour shift and overtime as needed
