Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, MO . As the HR Advisor, you will:

• Provide support to HR and Plant management
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Provide coaching and support to supervisors and employees
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns in a timely and fair manner
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried roles
• Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure staffing levels meet production demands
• Support position management, preboarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with corporate HR
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources or Administrative role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
