- Base Salary for HR Advisor: Starting at $50K and profit sharing
- Provide support to HR and Plant management
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Provide coaching and support to supervisors and employees
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns in a timely and fair manner
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried roles
- Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure staffing levels meet production demands
- Support position management, preboarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with corporate HR
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources or Administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
