Working as a Dining Services Associate (Dietary Aide), you will:

• Prepare, maintain and reset dining room for all meals.

• Assisting with food preparation, plating meals, and dishwashing

• Fill resident food requests, transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to resident’s units

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Build a strong rapport with residents, family members, and staff that contributes positively to our residents well-being

• Actively participate as a member of a team and work towards goals set by management

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

No Late Nights! Operating hours for our dining associates fall between 6am - 6:30pm.
